My stay at The Mest Hotel Istanbul was absolutely delightful. I opted for the deluxe room with a sea view, and it offered what I’d say is one of the best views a hotel can provide. The balcony overlooks the mosque in all its grandeur—a truly mesmerizing sight that I could admire for hours. The room was impeccable, with a fresh, clean scent that made it feel instantly welcoming. Every detail was taken care of, and it was spotlessly maintained. The staff were incredible—warm, accommodating, and always ready to go above and beyond to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big advantage. Nestled in Sultanahmet, it’s within walking distance of all the key tourist spots and right beside the Spice Bazaar. The area is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. If you’re planning a visit to Istanbul, The Mest Hotel offers comfort, outstanding service, and views that will take your breath away—a place I’d highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Mest Hotel! The staff was very friendly and caring, and even brought a surprise cake at our room the day of my birthday! The hotel is in a restaured old building in Istanbul, and has his own personality. The room was very clean, calm, cosy and well equiped. The bed was also very confortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had in a Hotel, with many turkish specialties to taste. It is located in the roof of the hotel, so that we enjoyed the nice view of Istanbul while taking our breakfast at the terrace. The location of the Hotel is also very good in the old town since tramway and fery are both very closed (3 minutes by step). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

Location was pinpoint around everything - allowed us to utilise the trams which was only 5 minute walk from the hotel. They arranged us with transport to the hotel and back to the airport. The staff provided us with numerous site seeing locations, suggested us with wide selection of food places which were amazing! In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel! Without a doubt one of the best service and hotel views I’ve ever seen!

There are all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby and is in walking distance to ferries to the Asian side as well as the bridge to the other side of the European side. The staff is excellent and immediately help set up any activities/experiences you’d like to do in Istanbul. The breakfast, ambiance, and evening snacks are also enjoyable. All around wonderful stay and would look to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul.
